local real estate market. We consequently suggest that you first scan the

make a preliminary choice, and then contact us either to have an appointment
with our conseil team or to ask for a more specifically described
home.
The St Pons area offers a large variety of big or small houses, old or recent, ready to use or needing extra work which could fit your objectives. Any kind of activity is possible here. ADSL is operational, cellular phone coverage is complete, within a 50 km circle surrounding Saint Pons you will find approximately 10 middle sized or big towns where highly skilled technologic or medical support is available.
The Haut Languedoc also presents a wide palet of climates as the altitude goes from 0 to 1000 m and because Atlantic (green) and Mediterranean (sun) influence share the place. The vegetation starts from vineyards and garrigue to reach chesnut and fir trees (with mushrooms !!) up the mountains. Everything is in place for fishing, sailing, canyoning, (rivers and lakes) and/or horse, bike riding, trekking .... plus concerts, museum and as many activities than you could imagine...
Number of art galleries, bed and breakfasts, equestrian centers, holidays resorts, restaurants, architects, high tec development offices, etc... , have been started by foreigners who love the place. How about you ?

- You fix the maximum amount of money (euro) that you would like to spend
- You click the "Valider = Validate" button,
- You get an answer where the price of houses is sorted in ascending order. The chart gives you also a short description of the house and its location.
- For a detailed description and a virtual visit, you simply click the link named "visite" on the right side of the line
Unfortunately we can't offer a complete on line translation of the data base, however, if you simply enter the ad number in the yellow field below, and click the "send" button, you will receive a batch translation of the ad which captured your attention
Naturally you can use less selective requests and get larger answers
- The page "Maison = Stone homes" gives back a catalog of all character homes in the base (including castles if any). You have the same function as above to trigger a virtual visit.
